The individual, a lawful permanent resident, faked his eligibility by checking “Yes” on a voter registration form in 2016, yet he continued to claim the right to vote for years afterward.
From 2008 through 2024, he allegedly registered and voted in local, state, primary, and federal contests, even signing nomination papers for candidates as recently as 2026.
He never pursued U.S. citizenship after becoming a permanent resident in 1987, yet he has repeatedly presented himself as a qualified voter.
Investigators traced his phone to the vicinity of his polling station on the night of the most recent election, confirming his presence at the ballot box.
