Bill O'Reilly recently had a heated exchange with Chris Cuomo during a discussion about the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
During the conversation, Cuomo interrupted O'Reilly after he started talking about communism in the organization, suggesting that the DSA is not a communist organization.
O'Reilly, however, knows better and schooled Cuomo on the topic, pointing out many of the things that Zohran Mamdani has already done in New York City.
At one point in the conversation, O'Reilly exclaimed, "Hello, are you on the planet Earth?!" after Cuomo questioned him about the "communist thing."
CUOMO: "What is the communist thing?"
O'REILLY: "If you study the man, he's a communist. So is his father. He wants to control the means of production in New York City. He's going to use regulations to get landlords out of business. He's going to try to control the food flow into the city."
O'Reilly's comments highlight the growing concern among some that the DSA's policies are increasingly communist in nature.
Others have pointed out that Mamdani's policies in New York City, such as his efforts to control the housing market, are a prime example of communist ideology in action.
