The controversy began when a reseller boasted on social media about making a profit from the coveted Toy Story-themed merchandise, with one clip showing a man loading the gifts into a sports bag while a child looked on in dismay. The items were then sold online for exorbitant prices, with some listings reaching as high as $222 each.
