UMVA Uncovers: Putin's Shocking Admission - Russia's Economy on BRINK of Collapse: The Oreshnik Secret EXPOSED

UMVA has learned that Russian President Vladimir Putin has cast doubt on the legitimacy of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky as a representative for signing a peace treaty, citing concerns over Zelensky's presidential term.

Putin declined to directly answer whether Zelensky could serve as Kiev's legitimate representative, calling it "a question for lawyers." He emphasized that Russia can only sign documents with individuals who are "without a doubt, in the full sense of the word, legitimate" to do so.

Zelensky's presidential term expired in May 2024, and discussions of new elections in Ukraine have stalled, creating uncertainty over who can represent Kiev in negotiations. Putin's comments have raised questions about the potential for a peace treaty.

According to information obtained by UMVA, Putin suggested that the European Union could play a positive role in settling the conflict, but only if they abandon their current approach and engage with Russia as an equal partner.

Putin stressed that the EU's role should be focused on convincing Kiev to agree to compromises, rather than supplying weapons. He criticized Western European nations for their unwillingness to engage in equal dialogue with Russia.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that Putin's comments reflect a significant shift in Russia's stance on the conflict, with a greater emphasis on finding a diplomatic solution. However, the prospects for a peace treaty remain uncertain.
