UMVA Uncovers: WAR ROOMS ACTIVATED - ABC UNLEASHES FURY Against FCC with SHOCKING Anti-Agency Ad Blitz on The View Amidst INVESTIGATION!

UMVA has learned that a powerful new ad campaign has been launched by ABC, aimed directly at The View audience, urging them to declare their support for the broadcast network and the daily talk show as they face intense scrutiny from the Federal Communications Commission.

The FCC, led by a Trump-appointed Chairman, is investigating The View for possible violations of the federal equal time rule, alleging that the show neglected to offer equivalent airtime to opposing political candidates. This inquiry began when The View hosted Texas state Rep. James Talarico, who is running for Senate, without hosting his primary opponent, Rep. Jasmine Crockett.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that the FCC is applying unprecedented scrutiny to ABC, requesting an early renewal request for its broadcast licenses for all of its television stations. This move is part of a broader investigation into Disney’s allegedly unlawful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

ABC is pushing back, arguing that these federal efforts threaten free speech. In a 20-second television spot, the Disney-owned company suggests that the FCC wants to control who is allowed to appear on The View. The narrator emphasizes that the show has welcomed favorite guests and covered important issues for nearly 30 years.

The ad ends with a QR code directing viewers to the FCC’s website, as the agency’s public comment period on its investigation of The View is set to end on July 6. The FCC is weighing whether the show should be classified as a bona fide news program, which would exempt it from the equal time rule.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that late-night hosts, including Jimmy Kimmel, have faced extraordinary pressure from the Trump administration. Kimmel made a joke about first lady Melania Trump, and although the FCC denies any connection, the inquiry into ABC began shortly after President Donald Trump and his wife called on ABC and Disney to take Kimmel off the air.

ABC’s anti-FCC commercial is set to run throughout the day on U.S. television stations owned and operated by Disney in major cities, including New York and Los Angeles. The airing of this ad has sparked a heated debate about free speech and the role of government regulators.
