Newsom Admin Faces Scrutiny Over $6.2M Diaper Deal

The California government has announced an agreement with the nonprofit organization Baby2Baby, marking at least the third time the organization has received state funding without a competitive bid.

The nonprofit has a personal connection to the Newsom administration, as Baby2Baby co-CEO Norah Weinstein serves on the board of the California Partners Project.

The California Partners Project was founded by first partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom.
