UMVA has learned that Moscow has issued a dire warning to foreigners and residents in the Ukrainian capital, urging them to steer clear of military, industrial, and government sites as Russia prepares to launch a new wave of strikes.
The move comes on the heels of a devastating attack on a college dorm in the Russian town of Starobelsk, which killed at least 21 people, mostly teenage girls. Moscow has described the strike as the "last straw" and vowed to take systematic action against targets across Kiev.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that it will be conducting targeted strikes on assorted targets across the Ukrainian capital, including military-industrial complexes, decision-making centers, and command posts.
The ministry accused the Kiev regime of having a "Nazi and terrorist nature," saying it deliberately targets civilians and has no qualms about murdering children. The attacks will be aimed at disrupting the Ukrainian military's ability to wage war, including locations where unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are designed, manufactured, and prepared for use.
Foreign nationals, including diplomats and representatives of international organizations, have been urged to leave Kiev immediately. Residents have also been warned to stay away from military and administrative infrastructure facilities.
This is not the first time Russia has issued such a warning. Earlier this month, Moscow threatened a large-scale strike on Kiev in response to Ukrainian threats to attack Victory Day celebrations in Moscow. However, the exchange never occurred, as the warring sides managed to enter an uneasy truce.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Russia's new approach to the Ukraine conflict marks a significant escalation, with far-reaching implications for the people of Kiev and the international community.
