BIDEN'S DOJ SPYING SCANDAL EXPLODES: Jordan UNCOVERS Shocking Abuse of Power!

BIDEN'S DOJ SPYING SCANDAL EXPLODES: Jordan UNCOVERS Shocking Abuse of Power!

A new investigation, spearheaded by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, is exposing a deeply concerning level of involvement by the Justice Department’s Inspector General (OIG) in a controversial probe known as “Arctic Frost.” The inquiry centers on the seizure of a sitting Congressman’s personal cellphone and the OIG’s surprising assistance in examining its contents.

Representative Scott Perry discovered, while traveling with his family, that FBI agents – accompanied by an OIG agent – confiscated his phone. This wasn’t a routine matter; the OIG actively participated in creating a forensic image of the device, essentially duplicating all its data. This action immediately raised questions about the OIG’s impartiality.

Internal FBI documents recently surfaced, revealing that investigators quietly collected call logs from nine members of Congress, including eight Senators, during a critical period surrounding January 6th, 2021. The scope of “Arctic Frost” appears far broader than initially understood, reaching into the communications of numerous elected officials.

The investigation’s reach extended even further, with allegations that the Biden administration facilitated access to government-issued phones previously used by former President Trump and Vice President Pence. This unprecedented move raises serious concerns about the politicization of law enforcement resources.

The OIG’s decision to assist in imaging Representative Perry’s phone is particularly troubling. Legal experts suggest the forensic copy could include privileged communications protected by both common law and the Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause. Why would an independent watchdog willingly aid an investigation with such potential overreach?

Documents indicate that Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed not only President Trump’s government-issued phone but also his personal phone records. This aggressive pursuit of information, coupled with targeting of conservative organizations like TPUSA and the Republican Attorneys General Association, paints a picture of a politically motivated investigation.

Senator Chuck Grassley revealed that Smith’s team issued 197 subpoenas to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions. The sheer volume of these requests suggests a sweeping effort to gather information, potentially casting a wide net over individuals with no direct connection to any wrongdoing.

Former President Trump has demanded a full investigation into those involved in “Arctic Frost” and the earlier “Russiagate” probe, naming specific individuals he believes abused their power. He alleges a coordinated effort to undermine his presidency and calls for accountability for what he describes as a “disgrace to our Nation.”

The unfolding revelations surrounding “Arctic Frost” are fueling a growing debate about the potential for government overreach and the weaponization of federal agencies. The questions raised by Chairman Jordan and others demand thorough scrutiny to ensure the integrity of the justice system and protect the constitutional rights of all citizens.
