Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has called for swift action from the White House, citing deep state sabotage within the National Security Council (NSC). As a member of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Rep. Luna has been a vocal advocate for government transparency and election integrity.
Rep. Luna has targeted Adam Jones, identified as the Head of Intel at the NSC, accusing him of actively undermining President Trump's core promises on election integrity and government transparency. In a recent post on X, Rep. Luna demanded that Jones be removed from his position immediately.
Jones, allegedly tied to former Obama DNI James Clapper, is accused of shutting down investigations into election integrity and slowing down declassification efforts, including blocking the release of 9/11 documents. Rep. Luna has called for his removal, stating that Jones "needs to go" and is "the guy behind SHUTTING DOWN OFFICE SUPPORTING ELECTION INTEGRITY investigations."
The White House has been pushing for transparency, with Acting DNI Bill Pulte given broad authority to declassify documents and a task force gathering intelligence records related to past elections to expose irregularities. However, a Clapper-linked official at the NSC is accused of sabotaging these efforts and blocking historic document releases.
This is not the first warning about Adam Jones, who was hand-picked by James Clapper to lead the intelligence transition team from the Obama administration to Trump's first term. Despite red flags and vetting crisis warnings, Jones stayed in his post as Senior Director for Intelligence at the NSC.
Rep. Luna's call for action comes as the administration is trying to deliver on its promises of election integrity and full declassification. The question remains: how come Adam Jones hasn't been fired from the NSC yet?
