A new era of industrial expansion is dawning in Batangas, Philippines, with the commencement of a P950-million warehouse complex at the LIMA Technology Center.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on December 17th, wasn’t just the start of construction; it coincided with a significant milestone – the 30th anniversary of CAM Connectivity (Phils.), Inc., a key affiliate involved in the project.
This ambitious undertaking will yield thirteen state-of-the-art warehouses, meticulously designed for sale or lease to businesses registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
The development promises a substantial increase in high-quality industrial space, specifically catering to companies focused on exports and intricate supply chain operations.
PEZA’s Director General, Tereso O. Panga, emphasized the project as a powerful demonstration of the agency’s unwavering dedication to fostering investment and growth within the region.
This expansion isn’t simply about buildings; it’s about creating a robust ecosystem to support and propel the Philippines’ position in the global market.
