HITMAN ORDERED: Billionaire's Dark Secret EXPOSED!

HITMAN ORDERED: Billionaire's Dark Secret EXPOSED!

A real estate developer, once a pillar of the Joliette community, is now facing justice after months on the run. Jean-François Malo, 47, considered one of Quebec’s most wanted fugitives, was apprehended in Martinique, bringing an end to a dramatic evasion of the law.

Malo’s flight began after a five-year prison sentence was handed down in October. He’d been convicted of orchestrating a violent attack on a lawyer involved in a contentious civil case from 2020, but shockingly, he claimed to fear for his own life during sentencing.

He vanished before fulfilling his legal obligations, sparking a widespread manhunt. The case centered around a legal battle with lawyer Nicholas Daudelin, representing Desjardins Financial Services in a dispute involving millions of dollars and allegations of fraud and extortion.

The attack on Daudelin was brazen: two men opened fire on his home in Mont-St-Hilaire, wounding him in the leg. Daudelin immediately suspected Malo, recalling a tense meeting just days before the shooting, a chilling premonition of the violence to come.

While initially charged with attempted murder, Malo was ultimately found guilty of aggravated assault. Evidence revealed he provided the assailants with Daudelin’s address, directly linking him to the planned attack.

The two men who carried out the shooting, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Ndiaye and Daouda Dieng, received lengthy prison sentences – nine and ten years respectively – for discharging a firearm and assault with a weapon. Their actions were a direct consequence of Malo’s alleged orders.

Authorities are now working to confirm the details of Malo’s arrest and the process for his return to Canada. Despite not being subject to an international arrest warrant, he remains a person of interest, and the situation is evolving rapidly.

The arrest in Martinique marks a significant turning point in a case that has captivated Quebec, revealing a dark undercurrent of intimidation and violence within the world of real estate and financial litigation.
