DRIVER WIPEOUT! Pole Crash & Neighbor Brawl – Chaos Erupts!

Last weekend in Burlington, a routine drive transformed into a bizarre spectacle. A 20-year-old woman, navigating wet roads, lost control of her vehicle while making a left turn. The result? Her car ended up perched impossibly upright, balanced on the guy wire of a hydro pole.

Emergency crews responded swiftly, carefully extracting the driver from the precarious situation. Remarkably, she escaped without injury, and the car sustained only minor damage. While no charges were laid, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers lurking on slick roadways – a call to adjust driving habits when conditions demand it.

In Hamilton, a neighbourly dispute escalated into a dangerous confrontation. Police were called to investigate reports of fighting and property damage, but both individuals had already left the scene. The investigation quickly took a troubling turn when officers learned one party may have been armed.

Hamilton Police are also seeking information regarding a shooting that sent a 17-year-old female to the hospital. The young woman arrived at a local emergency room with a gunshot wound, but details surrounding the incident remain shrouded in silence. Both the victim and potential witnesses are currently uncooperative, hindering the investigation.
