MINTY FRESH ROBBED! Drag Race World SHOCKED by Unfair Exit!

MINTY FRESH ROBBED! Drag Race World SHOCKED by Unfair Exit!

The tension in the Werk Room was palpable. Another queen had fallen victim to RuPaul’s discerning eye, leaving the remaining contestants reeling from the latest elimination onRuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World. The stakes were higher than ever, the competition fiercer, and the queens were feeling the pressure.

Episode three dramatically reimagined the iconic Snatch Game, transforming it into the Miss Snatch Game pageant. Nine queens, still reeling from Melinda Verga’s departure, braced themselves for the challenge of embodying a celebrity and navigating a series of impromptu questions. It was a test of wit, charisma, and the ability to truly *become* someone else.

Minty Fresh, fresh off a near miss in the bottom three the previous week, dared to be different. While most queens opt for recognizable human figures, Minty chose a unicorn. The unconventional decision initially perplexed RuPaul, but Minty confidently committed to the fantastical persona, determined to make it work.

Despite a breathtaking runway look – a stunning creation for the “Let The Eat Cape” presentation – Minty found herself facing the judges’ critiques. The verdict came swiftly: she was in the bottom three, alongside Serena Morena ofDrag Race Mexicoand Fontana, a fan favorite fromDrag Race Sverige. The power to save one queen rested with Gawdland, who had won the week for the second consecutive time.

The previous week, Gawdland had extended a lifeline to Minty. This time, however, the decision was different. Gawdland chose to save Serena Morena, leaving Minty to face Fontana in a lip-sync for her life. RuPaul’s final decision sent shockwaves through the Werk Room: Minty Fresh was asked to sashay away.

Following her elimination, Minty Fresh reflected on her journey, the lip-sync battle, and her complex relationship with the legendary RuPaul. She also addressed the fervent support from her fans in the Philippines and the possibility of returning forDrag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale.

“I’m actually happy and grateful,” Minty shared, overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and encouragement from her supporters. “A lot of people are messaging and commenting that they’re really proud, even though they’re sad I was eliminated.”

The period between filming and the airing of the season had been a process of healing and self-care. “I needed a lot of vacations, going to the beach, just to relax myself from it,” she admitted, acknowledging the intense stress of the competition.

Having already experienced success onDrag Race Philippines, Minty recognized the heightened pressure of the international stage. “The fan base in the Philippines is focused on me,” she explained. “The attention is divided when there are multiple queens from the Philippines competing, but now it’s all on me, which adds a bit of pressure.”

Being in the presence of RuPaul was an experience unlike any other. “It was overwhelming,” Minty confessed. “I’ve never been judged by RuPaul before. It feels like she’s not real even if she’s in front of me. I was just in my head the whole time.”

Snatch Game has always been a challenge for Minty. “I always know that Snatch Game is not my strength,” she said candidly. “It’s my least favorite challenge, and I know I’m not good at it. I was hoping it wouldn’t be Snatch Game this week, but then it was.”

Despite her reservations, Minty pushed forward with her unicorn concept, attempting to simplify it based on RuPaul’s feedback. “I feel like it was overly simplified and it lost the point of view,” she lamented. “I feel like I was lost.”

When Gawdland chose to save Serena Morena, Minty accepted the decision with grace. “I was feeling 50/50,” she admitted. “She already gave me a chance last week. Either way, I will be OK.” Gawdland had confided that she believed Minty could save herself with the lip-sync, recognizing the song’s alignment with her aesthetic.

Performing to JADE’s “Angel Of My Dreams” was a surreal moment. “Jade was wonderful and really nice,” Minty recalled, describing the fan-girling atmosphere backstage.

Despite the competition, a strong bond had formed between the queens. They maintained a lively group chat, navigating the challenges of different time zones to stay connected. Messages of support flooded in after Minty’s elimination, a testament to the camaraderie forged in the Werk Room.

Minty remained resolute in her belief that she delivered a powerful lip-sync performance. “I just think that I slayed the lip-sync,” she stated confidently. “I wasn’t really focused on what Fontana was doing; I was just focused on myself.”

The outpouring of support from her Filipino fans was deeply moving. “Everyone was sending me good messages, saying they were proud of me,” she shared. “Most of them are saying that I was robbed… They just want to still support me and they are craving for another season.”

And would she return forDrag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale? Minty’s answer was unequivocal: “If they will call me, I will say yes. Why not?” The possibility of a triumphant return remains open, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what the future holds for this captivating queen.
