The 12,500 square-foot space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking views of the New York skyline, bathed in natural light and accented with lush greenery. Thoughtful details abound, from readily available outlets at every seat to five private bathrooms, each equipped with a changing table – a welcome relief for traveling families.
The design extends beyond mere aesthetics. A stunning 30-foot mural and artwork from local New York artists adorn the walls, fostering a sense of community and belonging. It’s a space intentionally crafted for comfort and connection, a sanctuary from the usual airport hustle.
But the true heart of the Capital One Landing lies in its culinary offerings. Partnering with Chef José Andrés, Capital One has created a Spanish-style tapas experience unlike anything else found within airport walls. Guests can choose to be seated at a table for full dining service, accessible via a simple QR code, or enjoy a quick bite and drink at one of two stylish bars. Expect expertly crafted cocktails, refreshing mocktails, and a tempting selection of meats, cheeses, and delectable small plates – including Chef Andrés’ famous burnt cheesecake.
The experience is further elevated by “Daily Rituals,” a roaming bar cart offering unexpected culinary delights. Imagine being greeted with goat-cheese-infused caviar cones or enjoying a perfectly mixed tableside martini. These are the moments that transform a layover into a memorable experience.

Access to this exclusive space is primarily for Capital One Venture X Rewards and Venture X Business cardholders, who enjoy unlimited access. Additional guests are welcome for a fee, and those with significant annual spending may bring a complimentary guest. Other Capital One cardholders and non-cardholders can also access the Landing for a per-visit fee.
Reservations can be made up to two months in advance through the Capital One Dining portal, ensuring a seamless experience and eliminating the worry of finding an available table. Upon arrival, guests are always seated, a simple touch that adds to the overall sense of ease and luxury.
Capital One isn’t stopping here. Plans are underway to expand its airport lounge portfolio, with a new location slated to open at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
