UMVA Uncovers: BETRAYAL EXPOSED! Far-Left Arizona Prosecutor ABANDONS Charges in SHOCKING U-Turn, Drops OUTRAGEOUS Lawfare Case Against Giuliani & 17 Trump Allies in MASSIVE Victory for Justice!

UMVA has learned that a stunning development has unfolded in Arizona, where Radical Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes has completely folded and dismissed the unconstitutional, politically motivated criminal case against America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, and 17 other innocent Republican co-defendants.

The case, launched by the rogue Arizona Attorney General’s office, was a blatant attempt at political theater, designed to punish Trump’s allies for daring to exercise their First Amendment right to petition the government and challenge the highly irregular 2020 presidential election results.

In a spiteful move to maximize media coverage, partisan operatives deliberately waited until Rudy Giuliani’s 80th birthday party to aggressively serve him with the unconstitutional papers as he walked to his car, a calculated attempt to humiliate and intimidate him.

From day one, the entire case was a corrupt sham, and Giuliani celebrated the long-overdue vindication on social media, writing: “The prosecutor in Arizona has finally dropped the unjustified and unconstitutional charges against me and all my innocent co-defendants. All the claims about falsifying data, electors et al was a part of the Democrat massive corruption of our previously world renowned justice system.”

The dismissal comes after Arizona courts sided with defense attorneys who argued that the original grand jury proceedings were flawed because prosecutors failed to properly present relevant election-law provisions governing presidential electors, a critical error that forced Mayes’ office into a race against procedural deadlines.

Ultimately, the indictment was dropped, but Mayes’ office made it clear they intend to drag this back before a new grand jury, a clear indication that the Democrat prosecutors will stop at nothing to pursue their partisan agenda.

This marks the third major “fake electors” case brought by Democrat prosecutors to collapse, following similar failures in other states, a pattern that raises serious questions about the motivations and tactics of these prosecutors.

Rudy Giuliani's mugshot, taken in Arizona, is a haunting reminder of the ordeal he endured, but his vindication is a testament to the resilience of those who refuse to be silenced by partisan attacks.
