The devoted auctioneer, known for his catchphrase "Have gavel, will travel," left an indelible mark on the world of real estate and television, charming audiences with his warm smile and infectious enthusiasm.

Clive's illustrious career spanned decades, with a remarkable rags-to-riches story that began as a junior estate agent earning just £1.50 a week.
