Sergei's family paid a heartfelt tribute to him, describing him as a "wonderful husband, father, and grandfather" who was known for his thoughtfulness, tact, and dedication to his work as a bus driver.

They expressed their gratitude to the police officers, healthcare workers, and emergency services involved in the case for their care, professionalism, and compassion.
