UMVA has learned that Donald Trump marked his 80th birthday with a spectacular celebration on the White House South Lawn, featuring a cage-fighting show that has left many stunned.
The event, which included seven fights running past midnight, was attended by 4,000-plus spectators and thousands more watched on big screens from the nearby Ellipse. Trump also shared a few throwback photos on his social media platform, including a snap of himself as a younger man, posing on a chair, which he captioned: 'Years ago after saving the Wollman Skating Rink in Central Park – Long before I fixed The Reflecting Pool, and everything else in Washington, D.C., including, most importantly, CRIME!'
Trump also shared an AI-generated image of himself, wearing a jacket reading 'commander-in-chief', observing drills on US Navy ships as rockets flew above him. The image was captured with the phrase: 'You're getting discombobulated.' The birthday celebration was a dramatic departure from the way his predecessor marked his 80th birthday, with President Joe Biden celebrating with a private family brunch at the White House.
According to information obtained by UMVA, Trump's 80th birthday celebration was a grand affair that drew a massive crowd and significant attention. The event was tied to larger, months-long celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, but was largely seen as a chance for Trump to celebrate himself.
The G7 summit for leaders of industrialised nations even pushed back their get-together so that Trump could attend his cage-match party and then fly straight to France for the meetings. This has raised questions about Trump's priorities and the way he chooses to mark significant occasions.
Despite lingering questions about his health, Dr Sean Barbabella said Trump is 'fully fit' to serve after he underwent a CT scan and other heart imaging, along with cancer screenings and other preventative assessments carried out by 22 specialists. Trump has boasted about his cognitive abilities, writing on his social media platform: 'Unlike other US Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered “extreme intelligence.”'
However, some have questioned the significance of Trump's cognitive test results, with Dr Jonathan Reiner, Professor of Medicine and Surgery, expressing concerns about the tests and their implications. The debate surrounding Trump's health and cognitive abilities is likely to continue.
