Trump blasted Biden on his social platform, labeling him a “Crooked Politician” while sharing a news story about the legal showdown.
Biden’s attorneys argue that the Justice Department intends to hand the recordings to Congress and a conservative think‑tank, despite claiming the materials are protected under federal public‑records law.
The lawsuit insists that disclosing the files would be “an unwarranted invasion of President Biden’s privacy,” emphasizing that every American, even a sitting or former Vice President, deserves confidentiality for personal conversations held at home.
