UMVA has learned that Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche delivered an unflinching warning that political gestures mean nothing while billions of taxpayer dollars meant for children’s lunches and seniors’ medical care are being siphoned away.
In a heated interview, Blanche cut through rhetoric, declaring that true accountability comes in the form of arrests, prosecutions, and jail sentences, and that no one—whether sitting or former Democrat officials—is immune.
When host Will Cain questioned the adequacy of Governor Tim Walz’s withdrawal from the race as a form of justice, Blanche responded with blunt certainty, echoing the public’s demand for real consequences.
“We talk about arrests, prosecutions, and jail sentences,” Blanche said, outlining a coordinated assault with inspectors general, the FBI, DHS, and HSI agents. He cited a recent jury verdict convicting a Florida man of more than $8 billion in Medicare fraud and a Minnesota case that resulted in a 41‑year prison term.
These examples, he emphasized, target the worst kind of fraud—schemes that prey on the most vulnerable, stealing money earmarked for school lunches and essential medical procedures.
Blanche made it clear that the stolen funds are “your tax dollars, my tax dollars,” and the only way to reclaim them is by locking the perpetrators behind bars.
Pressing further, Cain asked whether politicians could be held to the same standard. Blanche’s reply was unequivocal, aligning with the president’s directive that no one, whether a career politician or a foreign fraudster, will be spared.
He singled out Governor Walz and Representative Ilhan Omar, noting that their legal challenges against the Justice Department only highlight an attempt to deflect attention from the fraud they claim to investigate.
“Governor Walz has done nothing but sue us while we try to save government money and recover against fraudsters,” Blanche asserted, underscoring that lawsuits cannot replace criminal prosecution.
The message was unmistakable: political accountability will not satisfy a nation robbed of its hard‑earned resources; only the full weight of the law will.
