About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research & Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams with high-quality prospect data. You will research target industries, identify decision-makers, build lead lists, and qualify prospects before passing them to the sales team.

Your research will directly impact our pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with data tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research target markets and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
  • Build and maintain lead lists of decision-makers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other tools
  • Verify and enrich lead data (email, phone, company info, social profiles)
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach (email/LinkedIn) and phone screening
  • Maintain data hygiene in CRM and ensure accurate lead tracking
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market trend reports
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeting strategy
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics (volume, conversion rate, cost per lead)
Requirements
  • 1+ year in lead generation, market research, sales development, or similar role
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written communication for outreach
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable with phone outreach and screening
  • Self-starter who can work independently
