About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to own our paid media spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. You will manage budgets, create campaigns, optimize for ROAS, and report on performance.

You'll have the opportunity to work with significant budgets across multiple service lines and experiment with different ad formats, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max
  • Manage social media ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creative
  • Set up conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel)
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Manage monthly budgets and forecast spend based on performance
  • Report on KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, impression share, quality score, conversion rate
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC / paid ads management experience
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies (manual, automated, portfolio)
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
  • Analytical with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing tools
  • Track record of managing budgets of $10K+/month with positive ROAS
