About the Role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help keep our remote team organized and efficient. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry, calendar management, email correspondence, research, and ad-hoc projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You'll support multiple team members across marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones
  • Handle email correspondence and triage incoming inquiries
  • Perform data entry and CRM updates with high accuracy
  • Conduct research on competitors, partners, tools, and industry trends
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content organization
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Support ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ year of administrative, virtual assistant, or operations experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
